The early childhood team attended the KCCTO Mad Hatter Tea Party conference in Manhattan on Saturday. International speaker and author, Cari Ebert, MS, CCC-SLP spoke about Autism, sensory processing, and building executive functions through play based learning.

Forensics competed in the Royal Valley competition. Hope Billings placed 4th in Program of Oral interpretation (acting) qualifying for Festival and Jayda Jessepe and Mollie Mosley placed 1st in Improvised Duet Acting qualifying for State. Congratulations!

USD 343 Perry Lecompton will have a two-hour delay tomorrow, Thursday, Feb 13. After visiting with the Jeff Co road crew, they have not totally cleared the roads north and east of Perry. A two-hour delay will help them get the remaining roads plowed and prepared for our buses and student drivers.

Due to forecasted weather conditions throughout tonight and tomorrow, Perry Lecompton schools will be closed on Wednesday, Feb 12.
