Last week PLES held reading night for kindergarten and first grade familes. The students were able to eat popcorn, listen to a story and complete an art activity. The parents listened to the classroom teachers talk and demonstrate how they teach reading in their classrooms. It was a great time.

Shout out to Josie Boyden and Tilly Johnson for helping recruit and make our Fall Blood drive a huge success. We got 37 pints and we are well on our way to meet our goal of 50 at the Spring Drive. This will allow for a scholarship for our senior leaders. Thank you to all the staff, students and community members for donating and impacting several lives!
