In-District Enrollment

Enrollment Information ~ 2025-2026 School Year

For the upcoming Fall 2025 semester, the district will continue utilizing PowerSchool Enrollment Express for online student enrollment. Completion of the enrollment process will be required online.

PowerSchool Enrollment Express is a web-based, mobile-friendly platform, allowing families to complete enrollment using a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

For families without home internet access, onsite enrollment will be available at the District Office on July 31, where computers and support staff will be provided.Additionally, we strongly encourage families to pay student fees online through the e~Funds link available on our district website.

Beginning July 23, parents and guardians can update current student enrollment information via the PowerSchool Parent Portal.  Click HERE! Important: The PowerSchool app will not support this process—you must log in through the web-based Parent Portal.

To complete enrollment:

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal.

  2. Select the “Forms” button from the left-hand menu.

  3. For each student, click the “Enrollment” tab.

  4. Complete all required forms to ensure your child’s information is accurate and up to date.

If your child will be picked up from or dropped off at a daycare provider’s home, please be sure to include that information in the Transportation section of the forms.

Next Steps: Fee Payment

After completing the enrollment forms:

  • Go to the In-District Enrollment section on the main page of the district website. WHERE IS THIS?

  • Review the posted fee schedules to determine your balance due.

  • For questions about fees, please contact the appropriate school secretary or building administrator.

Payment Options:

  • Online Payment via e~Funds: e-Funds link HERE

    • Payments can be made in one lump sum.

    • Electronic check (ACH): $1.00 transaction fee.

    • Debit/Credit card: $2.65 fee per $100, per transaction.

Please note that these fees are charged by e~Funds and not set by the school district.

  • A Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fee will apply to any returned electronic payments.
