Future Maker Lab

On 4/10, a group of our students participate in the Future Maker Lab. Using 3D virtual reality and live interactive activities students were given the opportunity to try various careers which are in high-demand, both regionally and nationally.

All careers shown are related to technical education STEM disciplines. Select activities feature technology that is used in college level technical education or in the industry itself. Students rotated between welding, auto painting, and drone piloting demonstrations with the goal of allowing all students a chance to participate. The students had a great time and were introduced in a hands on way to potential future careers.
