SUMMER CONDITIONING AND CAMPS

 

Summer Conditioning

Dates for summer conditioning are listed below.  Session 1 for football starts at 6 am.  Session 2 for girls and other high school athletes will start at 7:30 am.  

Middle school athletes will start conditioning on Monday, June 7 at 7:30 am.

            Week One – Tuesday, June 1 – Friday, June 4

            Week Two – Monday, June 7 – Thursday, June 10

            Week Three – Monday, June 14 – Thursday, June 17

            Week Four – Monday, June 21 – Thursday, June 24

            June 25 – July 4 – No Conditioning (KSHSAA Moratorium)

            Week Five – Monday, July 5 – Thursday, July 8

            Week Six – Monday, July 12 – Thursday, July 15

            Week Seven – Monday, July 19 – Thursday, July 22

            Week Eight – Monday, July 26 – Thursday, July 29

            Week Nine – Monday, August 2 – Thursday, August 5
