PERRY-LECOMPTON SCHOOLS
ENDOWMENT ASSOCIATION
The mission of the Perry-Lecompton Schools Endowment Association is to secure and prudently manage gifts in support of educational excellence and to foster a culture that balances the wishes of contributors and school district personnel.
The Perry-Lecompton Schools Endowment Association is a 501 (3) Non-profit organization. Our goal is to raise funds for the benefit of every school in our district. Some examples are: funding classroom mini-grants, school wide grants, staff recognition awards and individual scholarship programs.
In the past, several graduates of our school district were fortunate to receive scholarships from various donors. It wasn't until January of 1990 that the district established an endowment association based on a donation designated as a scholarship fund in memory of a former student. That generous donation from the Jennifer Then family was a seed that inspired even more donations.
Anyone wishing to support the Perry-Lecompton school district in the future may also want to consider making a gift to the school district when doing their estate planning. When considering such a gift, the donor may set up a scholarship fund in their own name or in the name of a loved one. Please contact Denis Yoder, at the district office, if you have questions or need assistance.

Partner with your school district by giving to the Perry-Lecompton Schools Endowment Association. A gift of any amount is appreciated! A gift of $50 will include membership in the Endowment Association and an engraved brick in the Endowment Patio.
The purchase of an engraved brick provides a lasting gift to family members, special friends and allows a unique opportunity to honor former teachers or a special memory.
Please see the Membership & Brick Order Form to order an engraved brick in the Endowment Patio and become a member of the Endowment Association.
