USD #343 To Offer Meals During School Closure
Launch the media gallery 1 playerIn an effort to help students of the Perry-Lecompton school district, USD #343 has been approved to provide meals to children during our time of school closure.
Beginning on Wednesday, March 18th, lunch and breakfast for the following day will be available for all children ages 1 to 18. Meals are available at NO COST to students and will be provided on weekdays only. These two meals will be available in a "to go" bag and can be picked up at five locations in the district. Pick up locations are Perry-Lecompton Middle School, Lecompton Elementary School, Grantville Community Building, Williamstown Cowboy Church, and the main office at The Links apartments located in Rock Chalk Park. To be in compliance with State regulations, students must be on-site or within view to receive their meals.
Pickup times will be from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. Parents will need to complete an online form each day they would like to order meals (https://forms.gle/ofisx6UrDF3hH4Ze8) by 10:00 am or call the USD #343 Kitchen (785) 597-5872, by 10:00, am to order their meals.
Lunch menus will be available on the district website.
