Elementary Spring Music Program
It's spring time and our 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders preformed a music program entitled "Make it Healthy"! They were moving and grooving as they reminded us to stay active so we don't end up like Donna (a grump) or Darcey (lazy) or Conner who just LOVED jelly beans!
In the end, Conner realized that jelly beans aren't always bad - just not for breakfast. Through the songs characters Donna, Darcey & Conner learned the importance of eating healthy, brushing their teeth and exercising daily!
Make it Healthy!
The performance ended with all grades singing "Helping Me Grow". This was their way to say 'thank you' to teachers and family members for all they do. This song was also dedicated it to Mrs. Marcia Farley as she is retiring after 37 years as a elementary teacher for USD 343.
