Winter Royalty King and Queen Crowned!
The Perry-Lecompton High School Winter Royalty was held February 2nd in the PLHS gymnasium. This event was originally scheduled for January 8th, but had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather conditions.
The queen candidates were Emma Gantz, Shelby Erickson, and Jessica Christman. The king candidates were Kameron Hurd, John Mehl, and Tyler Christman.
The attendants of the court as voted on by the seniors included Rachel Haley, Sarah Haley, Taylor Korth, Kourtney Foley, Ryan Akagi, and Cody Amerine.
Seniors Tyler Christman and Jessica Christman were crowned King and Queen at the ceremony held at halftime.
