Thanksgiving Meals for Senior Citizens
Launch the media gallery 1 playerUSD #343 will provide free Thanksgiving dinners for senior citizens (age 65 or older who reside in the Perry-Lecompton school district) on Friday, November 22nd. This Thanksgiving dinner will be served in all USD #343 schools, as well as delivered to the homes of senior citizens upon request.
If you are a senior citizen, or you know of a senior citizen who would be interested in having a Thanksgiving dinner on Friday, November 22nd, please call to request a meal at either 785-597-5138 or 785-597-5872 by 8:00 a.m. by Monday, November 18th. When you call, leave the name of the senior citizen and the school where they would like to eat their Thanksgiving dinner. If requesting a Thanksgiving dinner be delivered, please be sure to provide a home delivery address.
