Meet Mr. Thomas Cooprider - New PLHS Chemistry Teacher

If you are walking down the south hall at PLHS you will see a couple of new faces as we begin classes in August. One of those new faces belongs to Mr. Thomas Cooprider who will be teaching four sections of Chemistry I, one section of Chemistry II and one section of General Science.
Mr. Cooprider earned his Bachelor's Degree in Education from Bethel College in May of 2009. His emphasis of study was in Chemistry and he was also a member of the Bethel College football team.
His experiences as a former high school and college athlete have given Mr. Cooprider the opportunity to serve this year as an assistant coach for the PLHS football team and an assistant for the PLMS basketball team.
Mr. Cooprider will work this summer in construction. He also will be busy making final preparations for his upcoming wedding on July 31st.
